Be part of a lively discussion on growing herbs. Learn which herbs grow well in this area, and the best way to harvest them. Liz will guide you through the proper care for herbs in our region.

There is a lot of information on the internet about Ginger from growing to uses. One of the easiest ways to use Ginger is to make tea. Mary will talk about the history of Ginger, some of the many of the uses of this versatile herb, and how to store it.
